Warehouse Technician - Multiple Locations

JOB TITLE: Warehouse Technician
REPORTS TO: Office Manager

Overview:
This position performs inventory management for incoming and outgoing company products and equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Completes daily receiving entries in a software system.
• Manages raw material and critical supply inventories, including maintenance and cleaning of inventory area, inventory organization and racking, inventory cycle counting and reporting, and routine inventory accounting.
• Responsible for management of packing material inventories, and packaging of a product to be shipped.
• Perform Quality Control inspection of inbound equipment.
• Performs general housekeeping, maintenance, and organization of the dock and inventory areas; includes hands-on cleaning and maintenance along with organization and interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments.
Conform to the 5S process.
• Responsible for all warehouse functions including palletizing, de-palletizing, inbound/outbound order verification, and shipping/receiving duties, including lift truck and box operation.
• Works closely with Logistics and performs cross-functional duties with other departments.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75-100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. The days and hours of office operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work are required as job duties demand as well as a 24/7 rotational on-call schedule.

Travel:
Travel may be required for this position as mandated by the needs of the 8 Nationwide locations which would include out-of-area and overnight travel.

Required Education and Experience:
• Forklift Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience:

Audio Visual QC Technician - Multiple Locations

JOB TITLE: Quality Control Technician I
REPORTS TO: Office Manager

Overview:
The Quality Control Technician I performs quality control procedures in the time allotted in Nationwide’s QC Handbook on all rental equipment and assists the warehouse as needed. This position reports to the local Office Manager.

Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Quality Control:
• Conduct quality control testing on all equipment in existing and new products in accordance with the “QC Handbook”, which governs
procedures, specifications, safe practices, troubleshooting, testing times, etc. for equipment owned by Nationwide in the predetermined
amount of time given for each item.
Warehouse Support:
• Support all warehouse functions including: palletizing, de-palletizing, in-bound/outbound order verification, shipping/receiving duties
(including lift truck and box operation), etc. as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned area(s). Conform to 6S process.

Technical Competencies:
• Ability to identify equipment, related accessories, and common consumer electronics.
• Perform Quality Control functions including turning on equipment, performing factory resets, and following pre-determined QC procedures.
• Basic knowledge of AV manufacturers and products such as video, audio, lighting and screens
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for AV products.
