The Role:

As the National Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations, the heartbeat of our business. Your expertise will shape the way we manage, distribute, and maintain our extensive inventory of AV equipment and solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee and lead our nationwide warehouse managers and locations, ensuring seamless operations, adherence to Nationwide policy and processes, and the highest standards of safety and quality control.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Office Managers to develop and monitor location-specific goals, drive continuous improvement, and maintain consistent operational standards.
  • Innovative Solutions: Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational enhancement, leveraging your experience to implement strategies that increase productivity and elevate overall performance.
  • Resource Planning: Contribute to budgeting, manpower planning, and equipment resource allocation, ensuring the sustainability and growth of our operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, the Director of Operations, and other teams to foster a culture of teamwork, talent development, and operational synergy.
