Paired with the Tessera SX40 LED processor, the XD unit forms a formidable combination, equipping users with a comprehensive toolkit to efficiently and affordably manage even the most ambitious LED projects. Compatible with all current Tessera fixture inventory, it ensures seamless integration and operation.

SIMPLIFYING YOUR CABLE SETUP
Utilizing a Tessera XD unit streamlines cabling by employing a 10G Ethernet-based backbone, minimizing the necessity for numerous direct connections to the processor.

The Tessera XD employs an exclusive multiplexing algorithm, overlaid on standard 10G Ethernet infrastructure, guaranteeing precise synchronization of fixtures while meeting stringent timing requirements.

In an effort to maintain simplicity and affordability in cabling, each 10G trunk accommodates up to ten distinct 1G connections. This setup remains compatible with off-the-shelf switches, facilitating additional signal splitting if needed.

REMOTE CONTROL OVER LONG DISTANCES
Built for durability and readiness, Tessera XD units are robust tools suitable for gig environments and effortlessly mountable on trusses.

With compatibility extending to single-mode fiber cables reaching up to 2km in length, Tessera XD units facilitate simplified and tidier cabling setups, irrespective of venue size or processor positioning. For instance, multiple XDs can be conveniently mounted near the LED panel wall, connected by a single cable to an LED processor stationed at the front of the house or gallery.

Furthermore, Brompton Tessera XD units can be linked in a daisy-chain configuration to extend the signal, enabling multiple screens across different locations to connect to a single 10G trunk efficiently.
