Pixelhue U5 Pro Event Controller

The PixelHue U5 Pro is a powerful, all-in-one control surface designed for seamless video and media management. It features the upgraded PixelFlow software with a more intuitive GUI, offering a faster learning curve and improved user experience. With built-in Triton software, the U5 Pro supports advanced timecode generation, reception, and conversion, including LTC, MTC, and MIDI over USB. It enables simultaneous control of multiple switchers and media servers, while also supporting integration with third-party devices via MIDI protocol. The unit functions as a fully capable MIDI keyboard, with every button supporting MIDI commands and a global MIDI switch for fast toggling.

Engineered with a rugged, anti-corrosive aluminum chassis, the U5 Pro is built for durability in demanding production environments. It includes a large 43.8″ main touchscreen and an additional 8″ smart touchscreen for enhanced visual control, displaying still images, timecode, device health, and multiviewer data. The interface includes four rotary encoders and eight faders, all configurable as internal function controls or MIDI outputs. User-programmable LCD buttons allow for flexible naming, paging, and style customization, with easily replaceable button skins. Additional features include a built-in keyboard, two storage drawers, PTZ camera control, KVM functionality, and a design optimized for fast disassembly and easy maintenance—making the U5 Pro an ideal centerpiece for high-performance live production workflows.
