National Case Sales Manager

Local A/V Warehouse Route Driver - Nashville, TN
Overview:
This position will ensure timely delivery and pickup of audio-visual equipment. This position will support the organization by maintaining a high level of client satisfaction with the timeliness in which they receive their product and professionally handling any issues that may arise. This position will report to the Director of Logistics.
Essential Functions:

- Operate company vehicles for deliveries and pickups according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
- Transports loads safely and in a timely manner while obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.
- Plan and complete an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
- Deliver products to correct address, maintains signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork.
- Pick up equipment along the scheduled route, including company orders, and other items as requested.
- Load and unload goods and materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unload empty skids and return all equipment to designated area.
- Interact professionally with clients, acting as a liaison for the company.
- Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries performed.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle receives basic service according to the maintenance schedule and reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to the Manager as well as performing daily safety checks.
- Works closely with Logistics and performs cross-functional duties with other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of office operation are Monday through Friday typical hours 8:00am to 6:00pm. Due to client demand, flexibility may be required. Occasional evening and weekend work required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Travel may be required for this position as mandated by the needs of the multiple Nationwide locations which would include out-of-area and overnight travel.
Required Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience maintaining a delivery route with excellent customer service
- Forklift certification
