• Identify LED wall components
• Calculate which LED pixel pitch best fits an application
• Demonstrate proper troubleshooting techniques
• Speak confidently about LED tiles & applications
• Perform proper wall assembly
• Operate the NovaStar LED Wall Processor

How to ascertain a wall and decide what tiles to use in a given application

• Specification / Requisition
• Wall weight and power requirements
• Environment

Physical set up of the wall

• Proper rigging/flying assembly
• Proper ground support assembly
• Correct seaming of the wall

Image Processing NOVA STAR Functions

• Hands on instruction of the wall processor
• Sizing the image and color balancing the wall

Problem Solving

• Best practice for pin pointing bad cables
• How to replace a bad tile or node in a built wall
• Firmware configurations for control laptops and processors

Pixel Pitch Specifications

• Pixel Pitch and Viewing Distance.
• Viewing distance, content, wall size and budget are all big factors in determining the optimal pixel pitch for your event.
• Optimal viewing distance can be anywhere from 2.5x millimeter all the way to 8x the millimeter based on the content, wall size and budget.
