Pixelhue Q8 Presentation Switcher – BUY
The Pixelhue Q8 presentation switcher is a powerhouse for real-time 4K and 8K video processing, offering up to 72 4K inputs and 48 4K outputs.

The Pixelhue Q8 presentation switcher is a powerhouse for real-time 4K and 8K video processing, offering up to 72 4K input connectors and 48 4K output connectors. It supports 48 simultaneous 4K inputs and 16 concurrent 4K outputs, making it ideal for complex, high-resolution workflows. In switcher mode, the Q8 can handle up to 32 4K mixing layers, or up to 64 single 4K layers in PGM-only mode. Built on a robust VPU-based architecture, it doubles the number of layers supported per output card, providing unmatched flexibility and processing efficiency.

The system also supports long-distance signal transmission of up to 10 km via single-mode optical fiber, streamlining infrastructure needs while maintaining rock-solid signal integrity. This extended range is particularly valuable for large-scale live events, where reliability and scalability are critical. The Q8’s architecture is designed to reduce overall system cost while increasing performance, making it a smart investment for high-end productions. Whether deployed in live event production, broadcast environments, or fixed installations, the Q8 offers the power and precision needed for demanding video applications.
