For Immediate Release: Nationwide Video Customer Service Team Leadership Expands

Nationwide video is proud to announce our Customer Service team continues to grow and we’re proud to announce several promotions within the department. To support the team and business growth moving forward, we have tapped the following team members for promotion to Regional Managers:

  • Randy Mach, Wixom, MI
  • Blaine Jenks, Irvine, CA
  • Zach Sadler, Orlando, FL

“This move enables us to develop a top-notch national team with 3 regional leaders, each working to ensure our customers always come first and our business objectives are met.  We will continue to grow our team across the Wixom, Irvine and Orlando offices enabling us to tap the best talent for our team regardless of locale.” Said Brad McMartin, National Customer Service Manager at Nationwide.

Randy Mach joined the Nationwide Videos customer service team in early 2014. He continues to serve our customers to this day at the highest level. His experience will and leadership will solidify our team here in Wixom.

Zach Sadler spent the last 11 years in customer service and as served as the Nationwide Customer Service Team leader in the Nationwide LA office. He has since relocated to head up the Orlando customer service roadmap as Nationwide expands it CS footprint.

Blaine joined Nationwide in 2014 as well, working in customer service with Zach. Our Irvine office quickly became HQ 2.0 with our second largest operations team and a growing CS team. Blaine’s knowledge of ops and customer makes him a natural leader in that office and a growing CS team with recent new additions.

With the recent new additions to the team including Brian Ward, Dan Tower, Spencer Palmer, Mario Ochoa, and 3 new regional managers leading the way, the customer service team is poised to provide the best level of service in the industry and help take Nationwide Video to the next level.
